HOW IT'S FINANCED

Up to 131€ per month –
paid by your care insurance.

Every person in need of care with level 1–5 is entitled to the relief allowance under §45b SGB XI – and from level 2 you can receive significantly more through reallocation under §45a. We bill directly with your insurance – no costs for you.

How does reallocation work?

Receive relief allowance

Everyone with care level 1–5 automatically receives €131 per month under §45b SGB XI.

Check reallocation

From care level 2: Up to 40% of unused care benefits (§36) can be converted – since 2022 without a separate application.

Receive more services

This gives you up to €1,051 per month for household help, accompaniment and care – with no personal contribution.

The relief allowance is a benefit from care insurance worth €131 per month. It is available to everyone with care level 1 to 5 who is cared for at home. It can be used for approved everyday support services – like our services.

No, you generally don't need to submit a separate application. The entitlement arises automatically with your care level. We support you with all necessary documents and handle the billing with your care insurance.

All our services – from household assistance to shopping help to doctor appointment accompaniment – can be billed via the relief allowance. We are an approved provider under §45b SGB XI by the State of Berlin.

Generally no. The relief allowance covers our services. If your needs exceed this, we discuss it transparently in advance. There are no hidden costs.

We operate across all of Berlin and the surrounding area. Just give us a call – we're happy to check whether we're also active near you.

After our initial consultation, support can usually start within a few days. We know that help is often needed urgently and we respond as quickly as possible.

Yes! Unused relief amounts can be carried over to the following quarter. Amounts from the previous year can still be used until June 30 of the following year. We're happy to advise you.
