Calculating hours
Our current hourly rate is 35,50 €/hour (as of 2025). 131 € results in a time budget of approx. 3 hours and 40 minutes per month. This is enough for one longer visit or two shorter visits (approx. 1 hour 50 minutes each).

Balance & Rollover
Unused amounts do not expire immediately! They accumulate on your account and can be used until 30. Juni of the following year. This means you can save up to 18 months.
⚠️ Important: Observe the deadline
Credit from the previous year (e.g. 2024) expires on 30. Juni of the following year (i.e. 2025). After that, the funds are irretrievably lost. Call your care insurance fund in good time to find out your current balance and let us know – we will help you to plan the hours sensibly.
Private Payment & Self-Payers
If your insurance budget is exhausted or you do not yet have a care grade, you can use our services as a self-payer. Billing is carried out at the same hourly rate of 35,50 €/hour. You will receive a transparent invoice on the agreed date.
