You call us or send an inquiry. We record your details: Name, address, care grade and desired services. This only takes a few minutes.
Initial consultation on site
Our specialist management (e.g. Ms. Rak or Ms. Kolberg) visits you at home. They discuss the scope of help with you, inspect the apartment and clarify your wishes and priorities.
Contract & Formalities
The contract is signed on site – a requirement according to Senate guidelines. At the same time, you sign the declaration of assignment so that we can bill your health insurance directly. You do not pay anything yourself.
Getting to know the employee
We will introduce you to a permanent employee who comes to you regularly. On the first visit, you show her the apartment, explain your wishes and determine the procedure together.
Regular visits
Your employee comes at the agreed rhythm (e.g. weekly or every two weeks). You will receive an SMS in advance with the schedule for the coming month. After each visit, you sign the proof of performance.

If available – letter from your care insurance with the established care grade.
Cleaning supplies & inventory
Vacuum cleaner, bucket, cloths and cleaning supplies – we use your existing items.
Wish list
Write down which tasks are particularly important to you – this makes planning easier.
Time preferences
Which day of the week suits you? Morning or afternoon? We will coordinate the rhythm.
