Tonus Dienst GmbH has been active in Berlin since 2018 and specializes in household-related services for people in need of care. We are not a nursing service - we do not provide medical care or personal care. Instead, we focus on what makes everyday life easier: cleaning, shopping, accompanying and relieving.
Our recognition by the Berlin Senate means that our services can be financed via the relief budget (§45b SGB XI). We bill the care funds directly - there are no costs for you.

Quality & Insurance
Trust begins with transparency. All our employees have liability insurance. Should something break during an assignment, the damage is covered. Simply report any incident to the office - we will take care of it immediately.
Our employees go through a 30-hour basic training and are regularly familiarised with the work. Many bring medical knowledge from their home countries (e.g. trained nurses), which has a positive effect on the quality of care.
