As a recognized provider under §45b SGB XI, we bill your care insurance fund directly for your services. You do not have to submit any invoices and pay nothing out of pocket – as long as your monthly budget of 131 € is sufficient.

What is the declaration of assignment?
With the declaration of assignment, you allow us to receive your relief amount (131 €/month) directly from the care insurance fund. This document is part of your contract and is signed once. It does not mean that you waive any benefits – it just simplifies the payment process.
The proof of performance
After each visit, our employee documents the services provided and the working hours. You check the details and confirm them with your signature. This document forms the basis for billing your insurance fund.
📝 Important tips for checking hours
- !Before signing, check whether the time entered is correct.
- !If the employee left earlier, correct the time on the sheet (e.g. cross it out and enter the correct time).
- !Never sign empty forms (blank sheets).
- !Do not sign for days on which no visit took place.
- !15 minutes travel allowance can be deducted from the working hours – this is normal and contractually agreed.
