Conclusion of contract

The contract is an obligation prescribed by the Berlin Senate for all recognized providers under §45b. Without a signed contract, we are not allowed to start work – even if the care insurance fund is already paying.

Why do I need a contract?

Many customers wonder why a contract is necessary if the insurance company pays for everything anyway. The answer: The Senate requires a written contract as a prerequisite for recognition as a service. Without a contract, we lose our recognition and would not be allowed to work at all. But the contract also protects you - it regulates services, prices and your rights.

What is in the contract?

  • Type of servicesWhat kind of help you receive (cleaning, shopping, companionship, etc.).
  • Hourly rateThe current price per hour (2025: 35.50 €/hour).
  • Declaration of assignmentYour agreement that we bill the insurance fund directly.
  • Travel allowance15 minutes of the booked time are calculated as travel time.
  • Your obligationsProvision of cleaning supplies and inventory (vacuum cleaner, cloths, etc.).
  • Right of cancellationConditions and deadlines for ending the cooperation.

Cancellation

Cancellation is possible at any time. We value transparency and fair conditions – no one is bound to a contract that no longer fits.
