The contract is an obligation prescribed by the Berlin Senate for all recognized providers under §45b. Without a signed contract, we are not allowed to start work – even if the care insurance fund is already paying.
Why do I need a contract?
Many customers wonder why a contract is necessary if the insurance company pays for everything anyway. The answer: The Senate requires a written contract as a prerequisite for recognition as a service. Without a contract, we lose our recognition and would not be allowed to work at all. But the contract also protects you - it regulates services, prices and your rights.
What is in the contract?
- ✓Type of services – What kind of help you receive (cleaning, shopping, companionship, etc.).
- ✓Hourly rate – The current price per hour (2025: 35.50 €/hour).
- ✓Declaration of assignment – Your agreement that we bill the insurance fund directly.
- ✓Travel allowance – 15 minutes of the booked time are calculated as travel time.
- ✓Your obligations – Provision of cleaning supplies and inventory (vacuum cleaner, cloths, etc.).
- ✓Right of cancellation – Conditions and deadlines for ending the cooperation.
Cancellation
Cancellation is possible at any time. We value transparency and fair conditions – no one is bound to a contract that no longer fits.

- 3. Please provide your name, address and desired end date
