Basic training (30 hours)
You will receive a 30-hour basic training course to prepare you for your assignment. Previous knowledge in the care sector is a plus, but not an obligation.
Multicultural team
Our team consists of female employees from different backgrounds. Knowledge of German, Russian and Ukrainian is welcome.
What we expect
- ✓Reliability and punctuality
- ✓Friendly and respectful treatment of older people
- ✓Basic knowledge of German (Google Translate is enough for the beginning)
- ✓Willingness to complete a 30-hour basic training course
- ✓Valid residence and work permit (if not an EU citizen)
- ✓Household experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
Note: We only hire women, as this corresponds to the wishes of our predominantly female clientele. Previous medical knowledge (e.g. nurse in your home country) is a big plus!
