We are an approved provider of everyday support under §45b SGB XI – but we are not a care service (Pflegedienst). Medical activities and personal care are not part of our service portfolio. Your outpatient care service is responsible for these.
- ✓No personal care (washing, showering, bathing, toilet assistance)
- ✓No medical services (injections, bandages, wound care)
- ✓No medication administration or monitoring
- ✓No putting on of compression stockings
- ✓No repositioning or mobilisation in bed
No Gardening & Specialist Cleaning
Our staff members are trained to support you in the household. Specialist tasks that require professional equipment or specialist knowledge unfortunately cannot be offered.
- ✓No gardening (mowing lawns, cutting hedges, tending flower beds)
- ✓No specialist cleaning with industrial equipment (steam cleaners, pressure washers)
- ✓No professional window cleaning at dangerous heights (roof windows, conservatories)
- ✓No leaning out of windows – strictly prohibited for safety reasons
- ✓No clearance or removal assistance
