Our Quality Principles

Dedicated Contact Person

You will be assigned a dedicated staff member who visits you regularly. This builds trust and a personal relationship. In case of holiday or illness we arrange a substitute – but you may also decline the substitute.

Specialist Supervisor & Initial Visit

Before the first appointment our specialist supervisor visits you in person. She discusses your wishes, inspects your home and draws up an individual care plan together with you. The initial consultation is free of charge and non-binding.

Transparent Communication

Every month you receive an SMS with the schedule (day, time, name of the staff member). If there are any problems, you can reach our office at 030 610 850 626 – we speak German, Russian and Ukrainian.

Insurance Coverage

All staff members are covered by liability insurance. If something is broken during a visit, please report it to the office – we handle the claim quickly and without fuss.

Basic Training (30 Hours)

Every new staff member completes a 30-hour basic training programme. Many also bring additional medical qualifications from their home countries (e.g. nursing experience).

Flexible Staff Changes

If the collaboration with the assigned staff member is not working, you can request a change at any time. Let us know your reasons – we will find a better solution.

When something is not right

If you have a complaint or problem, simply contact our office. Typical concerns and how we handle them:

⚠️ Staff member arrives late

Call the office – we will identify the cause and reschedule if necessary.

⚠️ Cleaning not thorough enough

Take photos of the areas and share your priorities with the office. We will discuss everything with the staff member.

⚠️ Language barrier too large

We offer a telephone interpreter service or can replace the staff member.

⚠️ Something has been broken

Report the damage to the office. All staff members are insured.

What you need to provide

Our staff members use your existing cleaning supplies and equipment. We need:

  • Vacuum cleaner (in working condition)
  • Bucket and mop
  • Cloths / rags (ideally separate for bathroom and kitchen)
  • All-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, washing-up liquid
  • Rubbish bags

Tipp: If you are missing something, the staff member can pick it up on the next shopping trip (e.g. at Rossmann or DM). You simply reimburse the amount against the receipt.
