Transparent scheduling, dedicated contact persons and clear communication – this is how we make our collaboration simple and trustworthy.

Scheduling & SMS Notifications

At the end or beginning of each month you automatically receive an SMS with your schedule for the coming month – with date, time and the name of your staff member. If everything is fine, you don't need to do anything. If you would like to make changes, simply call us.

  • Monthly SMS with the complete schedule (date, time, name)
  • "Passive consent" principle: no callback needed if everything is fine
  • If you want changes: simply call the office
  • You can unsubscribe from SMS notifications at any time
  • Alternative: fixed pattern without SMS (e.g. "every second Wednesday")
Problems with the SMS? Call us – we are happy to dictate the schedule to you by phone. You can also unsubscribe from automatic SMS notifications at any time.

Dedicated Staff Member & Substitute

We assign you a dedicated contact person who visits you regularly. This builds trust and your staff member gets to know your wishes and habits. In case of holiday or illness we offer a substitute.

  • Dedicated contact person (regular staff) for continuity and trust
  • Substitute available in case of holiday or illness
  • You may decline the substitute and wait for your regular staff member
  • You can request a change of staff member at any time
  • Exclusively female staff – this is important to many of our clients

Communication & Language Support

Our staff members come predominantly from Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Russia, Poland). German language skills vary. We have developed proven solutions for communication.

  • Google Translate: write tasks on a note, the staff member photographs and translates it
  • Office as translation help: call us and we translate immediately by phone
  • For Russian-speaking clients we find suitable staff members
  • Many staff members have medical training from their home countries
  • Showing and explaining by gesture works very well for routine tasks
Tip: Write your wishes on a piece of paper in German. Our staff member can photograph it via Google Translate and translate it immediately. FAQ

Cleaning Supplies & Equipment (provided by the client)

Our staff members use the cleaning supplies and equipment available in your home. We do not bring our own equipment. This is for practical reasons – and you decide which products are used in your home.

  • Vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop and cloths are provided by the client
  • Cleaning products (all-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, etc.) from the client
  • Missing supplies can be purchased by the staff member on the next shopping trip (reimbursement against receipt)
  • Tip: label different cloths with their purpose (kitchen, bathroom, floor)
  • Special equipment (steam cleaners, etc.) is not required – standard household supplies are sufficient

Insurance & Damage

All our staff members are insured. If something is damaged during work, please report the damage to our office immediately. We will clarify the incident and arrange a solution.

  • Management will contact you to clarify

In case of quality problems

  • Call us – even while work is in progress
  • We translate and mediate immediately
  • Change of staff member possible at any time
